Refund policy
Damages and Returns
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us at garlandhillsfarm@yahoo.com immediately. Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been shipped. If the order has shipped it will be considered valid and you, the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
Refunds
If your order was refunded, you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please give refunds 10-15 business days due to processing times that your bank or credit card company may have.
